It’s time for our General Meeting!
Opstad PTA General Board Meeting Thursday, January 20th @ 7pm
Opstad PTA is planning to host the meeting in a Zoom webinar format as follows:
*For those wanting to attend, please send an email to [email protected] for your rsvp and so we can send you the zoom link and password the day of.
*For those who would like to submit questions you can also email [email protected], by 4pm on Monday, September 20th.
Your questions/comments will be reviewed by the board and addressed in the meeting if applicable. If the questions are school focused we will share these with the school administration for them to address at a later date.
*All attendees will be muted during the meeting and video will only be enabled for the PTA Presidents, board members and presenters. This may change if the number of attendees isn’t large.
*If you have comments on a specific agenda item for the Board during the meeting, participants will be able to type their comment via the “Q&A” button. While we may not be able to address all questions during the meeting, this feature will enable the board to view your comments regarding the topic being discussed. If appropriate, the board will read the comments aloud.
